A contact unlock is a digital OnlyVags service. It gives the paying buyer access to the seller contact channel for a listing; it does not purchase, reserve or guarantee the part.

The current contact-unlock price is shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and OnlyVags does not store full card details.

Because contact access is normally made available immediately after payment verification, you should request a refund as soon as possible if the contact details are unavailable, clearly invalid, or the unlock was charged more than once. We may also refund a payment where we remove the listing or suspend the seller before the contact service is used.

A refund does not create any right to the listed part and does not affect a separate purchase arranged between buyer and seller. Contact OnlyVags support with the listing URL, payment date and Stripe receipt details.
